Return Policy

At Earthroots Apothecary, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because our items are made to order and often custom-poured, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maddison@earthrootsapothecary.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used candles, teas, or bath soaks

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Sale or promotional items
